Real Estate Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential

    cooperative housing societies

    and

    developer clients

    for redevelopment and consultancy projects.
  • Generate

    new business leads

    and potential opportunities to contribute to overall

    firm growth and expansion

    .
  • Conduct client/society meetings, presentations, and discussions to explain project proposals and consultancy services.
  • Manage and track leads, ensuring consistent

    follow-ups and timely conversions

    .
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with

    societies, clients, developers, and channel partners (CPs)

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams — legal, technical, and architectural — for proposal preparation and client/society presentations.
  • Assist in

    client/society acquisition strategies

    and

    onboarding new societies

    for redevelopment projects.
  • Participate in field marketing activities, promotional events, and society awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain and update client/society databases, prepare reports, and support business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in

    real estate, marketing, or sales

    .
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Marathi/Hindi mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong presentation and follow-up abilities.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

  • Knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai real estate markets will be an advantage.
