Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our team of property consultants/agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales. You will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
• Provide guidance and support in client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Motivate the team through incentives, recognition, and continuous training.
• Monitor the real estate market trends and competitor activities to strategize accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
