Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, and blogs) tailored to target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
