Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Chennai. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Strong skills in training and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
