Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and expansion.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce deployment across projects and offices.
- Design and oversee performance management systems, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal cycles.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, statutory compliance, and employee governance.
- Handle onboarding, training, employee relations, payroll coordination, and grievance management.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, retention initiatives, and provide HR reports and insights to leadership.
