Source and attract candidates using various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking)
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Schedule and facilitate interviews with shortlisted candidates
Conduct background checks and employment verifications
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and candidate management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
