Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy development. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, analytical, and capable of aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a link between management and employees to address concerns and grievances.
  • Design and implement employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).
  • Guide managers in goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.

4. Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with finance for timely disbursal.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and organizational objectives.

5. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Ensure consistent policy enforcement across departments.

6. Training & Development

  • Conduct skill-gap analysis and coordinate training sessions.
  • Organize workshops on leadership, communication, and compliance.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain HR dashboards and present monthly reports to management.
  • Track metrics like attrition, attendance, and employee satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
