Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment includes job postings, interviews and hiring process to attract professionals across design, operation and administrative roles.
• Co-ordinate onboarding and induction programs.
• Leverage hiring platforms for targeted hiring.
• Implement and review performance review processes.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays etc.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Provide support on goal setting, feedback and professional development plan
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and applicable benefits.
• Update and implement HR policies as required.
• Conduct market research to maintain a competitive salary benchmark within the design industry.
• Align HR practices with company goals and contribute to organizational culture and workspace planning.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in creative or design-related fields.
• Salary as per market standards and will be negoiated as per the Experience.
