We are seeking a techno-functional consultant with strong expertise in Jira administration and Agile PPM processes to support the migration from Clarity and Rally to Jira. Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessment between existing tools ( ClarityRally ) and Jira. Develop custom Jira plugins or scripts (using Groovy, ScriptRunner , etc.) as needed. Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools (e.g., Confluence, ServiceNow, JIRA Align). and stakeholder reviews.
