Must-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)Deep knowledge Maintain and Support the CICS and MQ and administration Installing and configuration of zOS systems Perform zOS debugging and problem analysisGood-to-HaveProvide support and troubleshooting for MQSeries on zOSProvide Installation, upgrade and maintenance support for Applications using IBM MQSeriesMonitor and Manage MQ objects and Queue Managers to maintain subsystem availability in Mainframe environmentPerform Backup of objects whenever new objects are added in the MQ QMGR and when requested by the authorized Buyer application teamsDelete particular message from the queue when requested by authorized Buyer application teamsReset the channel, start and stop MQ subsystemsCollect and publish monthly usage statistics for MQ Queue Manager, objects and messagesImplement and regularly review Automation and Dependency of systemsSNResponsibility of Expectations from the Role 1Responsible for Incident and service request on Mainframe technologies like CICS Support, DB2 support ,MQSeries , ZOS.About Client (Please highlight domain, any ranking indicating size of recognition for the client.
