We are looking for a recruiter who can join us, who can help the candidates to grab their dream job.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of the client.
• sourcing, screening,Shortlisting candidates and conduct interviews.
• Strong hands on expertise in using different Job Portals, Linkedin, Facebook.
• Create posting on job portals as per the requirement.
• Coordinate interviews & follow-up till joining.
• Submit daily reports as per company process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Looking for candidate with 1-5 Yrs of Experience.
• Looking for candidate with IT/Non-IT Recruitment Experience.
• Candidate should have passion for Recruitment and wants to make career in HR.
• Candidate should be self driven and goal focused.
• Candidate should have good communication skill.
• Well versed in MS Office

Client handling & take care of complete recruitment cycleInterested candidatesFemale candidates with career break, who are willing to restart their career are welcome Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishLaptop with Highspeed internet connection is mustStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
