Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Workforce Acquisition Specialist/ Human Capital Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment(in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools (e.g.,Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize workload effectively
