Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and non-technical roles across all three companies.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strong candidate pipelines.
• Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal networks.
• Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive experience throughout.
• Keeping hiring progress on track and sharing updates with internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (tech hiring preferred).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple roles and working across different teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in both product and services hiring is a plus.
