Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition professional, your role at our company involves various key responsibilities. You will be responsible for: - Identifying and understanding the hiring needs of the organization. - Creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. - Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. - Conducting thorough candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for the organization. - Closing positions within the given Turnaround Time (TAT). - Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates. - Providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring regular communication throughout the hiring process. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, focusing on technical and non-technical roles. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with candidates. - Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Any relevant certifications in human resources or recruitment would be considered a plus.
