About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will support end-to-end hiring processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/tracker- KEKA.
  • Support employer branding activities and job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Build a basic talent pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Assist in generating weekly hiring reports and metrics.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office tools.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
