About the Role:

  • Sourcing of high-quality candidates for our clients across roles in some, or all of Technology, IT, Product, SaaS, Cloud native, Retail, Manufacturing & other related sectors.
  • Working with the existing team, the client and the candidate to turn the perfect applicant into the perfect new joiner.
  • Utilising a variety of sourcing strategies to ensure thorough outreach to find the best candidates.
  • Nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse avenues and backgrounds.
  • Handhold individuals in their job search journeys by communicating well across multiple channels and guiding them at all stages till they land their next great job through us.
  • Design solutions by collecting & analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seek out responsibilities beyond the job.
  • Proactively input to improve how any aspect of the job can be done better. You will find the employer to be very keen to hear how to disrupt and improve the way all things, whether large or small, are done

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in any of the sectors mentioned above, with knowledge of organizational structure, career progressions, talent management methods & connections with personnel
  • Understanding of different roles in the industry; with knowledge of high-performance culture & hiring standards
  • Strong communication skills, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
  • A good storyteller by nature and can represent the vision of employers
