Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using various job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.

• Demonstrate expertise in Boolean string search and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Manage volume hiring drives and contract hiring requirements within tight timelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor hiring progress.

• Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.

Requirements -

• 1-4 years of proven experience in IT staffing recruitment within the domestic market.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.

• Ability to handle volume hiring and contract staffing efficiently.

• Sound understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
