Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in domestic hiring to manage sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for IT/technical roles.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the Recruitment Ops and L& D Ops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 1-3 years of technical recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of IT roles and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. ).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
