Company: Devi ICT private limited Hiring India IT Recruiters (2–3 Years Experience) Timings: Regular Day Shift Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA We are expanding our recruiting delivery team and looking to onboard 2–3 recruiters with 2–3 years of experience. This is Immediate Hire! This role is for recruiters who already understand sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and pipeline ownership and want to work in a structured, quality-focused environment. Role responsibilities: • Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases • Initial screening and candidate validation • Resume formatting and data accuracy checks • Follow-ups, coordination, and pipeline updates • Working on live requirements with defined process and expectations What we expect: • 2–3 years of hands-on recruiting experience (India hiring / delivery preferred) • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and basic Boolean search skills • Clear communication and professional candidate handling • Attention to detail — quality over volume • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This role is NOT for: • Resume spamming • Constant hand-holding • Avoiding ownership or accountability Interested candidates, DM me with: 1️⃣ Total recruiting experience 2️⃣ Types of roles handled 3️⃣ Current location & notice period Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
