Experience in working with Onsite Hiring managers, engaging them from start to finish to smoothly and successfully run recruiting process Excellent IT subject understanding - Market, Ecosystem, Pricing, Availability; Ability to create MI reports to influence hiring decisions Experience in running TA programs with a throughput in excess of 30 lateral offers per month Data-driven professional with a sense of pride in experimental creativity and analytics; Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
