Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Software Developers, Web Designers, Digital Marketers, Project Managers, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
Conduct HR rounds, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters.
Build employer branding strategies to attract top IT talent.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT recruitment / HR hiring in the IT services or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for SaaS, Digital Marketing, or IT Consulting firms.
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS software.
Ability to handle bulk hiring for interns and freshers as well as niche technical roles.
