Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance indicators. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in an agency or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. A proactive, results-oriented, and team player mentality.
