Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and source, screen, and place candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting across multiple industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs. Maintain a candidate database and ensure that all candidate communications are documented. Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and sourcing techniques. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies and strategies. Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance indicators. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in an agency or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. A proactive, results-oriented, and team player mentality.
