Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely feedback and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment dashboards
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during hiring
Support onboarding processes including documentation and background verification
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in staffing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with MNC clients or high-volume recruitment
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
