Experience Required : 0 to 2 years

Job Location : Gurgaon

Working mode : Work from office from day one (No WFH/hybrid)

Notice Period : Immediate joiner only

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates:
Use job boards (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases to find potential applicants.
Job Management:
Assist in drafting clear job descriptions and posting them across multiple career platforms.
Initial Screening:
Review resumes against job criteria and conduct preliminary phone or video screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Manage interview calendars for hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates.
Database Maintenance:
Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment statuses.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with pre-boarding activities, such as verifying documentation and helping new hires transition into the company.

Preferred candidate profile

Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organisation:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn recruitment tools like ATS and CRM platforms.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport with applicants and represent the employer brand effectively.
