Position: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 years of hands-on experience in core HR recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting the organizations talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders• Negotiate salary, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process• Support onboarding and documentation processes• Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives• Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment standards

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of core HR recruitment processes• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and interview methods• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills• Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/ATS

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile
• 2+ years of experience in core HR recruitment• Experience in hiring for multiple roles and domains• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
