We serve both domestic and international markets with a focus on infusion therapy, oncology, anesthesia, and other critical care segments. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales activities, expand the customer base, and build strong client relationships across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device sector, hospital procurement systems, and dealer/channel partner management. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and through channel partners. Drive sales of key product lines such as IV Cannulas, Infusion Sets, and other disposable medical devices. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., purchase heads, doctors, biomedical engineers). Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and post-sales support. Distributor / Dealer Network Management Develop and manage channel partners and distributors in assigned regions. Ensure timely order execution, stock availability, and payment collection. Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, regulatory, customer support) for smooth order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with company policies and medical device regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or any relevant field (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare preferred). 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, especially in disposables or hospital-based products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales negotiation and deal-closing skills. Good understanding of hospital sales channels, government tenders, and institutional business. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Preferred Experience: Prior experience with products such as IV sets, syringes, cannulas, or transfusion equipment. Knowledge of the regulatory landscape (CDSCO, MDR India, etc.). Familiarity with government and private hospital procurement systems.
