Job Title: International Marketing Executive Department: International Sales & Marketing Location: Gurgaon Employment Type:Full-time Experience Required: 1-2 Years in International Marketing or Business Development Reports To: International Business Head/Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated International Marketing Executive to manage and expand our presence in global pharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, sales strategy execution, market research, and customer relationship management across multiple international territories. Key Responsibilities: - Lead International Business Development efforts in assigned regions. - Execute total sales and marketing strategies tailored to each territory. - Identify target countries suitable for launching pharmaceutical products based on company capabilities. - Conduct in-depth studies of socio-political, economic, and cultural environments of potential markets. - Understand and interpret drug registration guidelines across different countries. - Develop and onboard potential buyers and distributors in international markets. - Handle product registration processes and ensure regulatory compliance. - Drive international sales growth and meet assigned targets. - Maintain strong customer relationships and address queries or concerns promptly. - Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions to support international business development. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical export regulations and global compliance standards. - Strong analytical and research abilities. Preferred: - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Marketing/International Business. - Previous experience in pharmaceutical international marketing or sales. - Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
