Job Title: International Business Development Executive (US Market)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Remote

Shift: US Shift

Industry: Recruitment & Staffing / Consulting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Executive with strong exposure to the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client acquisition, account management, and sales across multiple domains such as Healthcare, Banking, BPO, IT, and Consulting, preferably within a recruitment and staffing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the 

    US market

     for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with 

    end clients, MSPs, and implementation partners

    .
  • Understand client requirements across domains including 

    Healthcare, Banking, BPO, IT, and Consulting

    .
  • Promote 

    contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions

    .
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, rate cards, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SLAs to close deals successfully.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, visa types, compliance, and staffing models.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a 

    BDE / Sales Executive

     in the 

    US recruitment & staffing market

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    US staffing business models

     (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Experience working across multiple domains: 

    Healthcare, Banking, BPO, IT, Consulting

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
  • Experience handling 

    end-to-end sales cycle

     from lead generation to closure.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with a 

    staffing or recruitment agency

     is highly preferred.
  • Existing client contacts or a strong US network is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and vendor management processes.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
