We are looking for a dynamic Sales & LinkedIn Operations Executive to enhance our LinkedIn presence, drive lead generation, schedule meetings, and support sales growth. The role ranges from hands-on sales and outreach for freshers, to strategic LinkedIn management and team guidance for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities: (For All level)

  • Manage LinkedIn operations including content posting, outreach, and engagement
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with prospects
  • Communicate with potential clients via calls, messages, and online meetings
  • Support sales and marketing operations on a daily basis
  • Travel for in-person client meetings when required


Additional Responsibilities for experienced candidates:

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn growth, networking, and outreach strategies
  • Network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Guide and mentor interns/team members on lead generation and LinkedIn activities
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of LinkedIn campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategy with business goals
  • Optimize lead funnels, messaging sequences, and conversion processes


Skills and Qualification:

For BBA/MBA Preferred:

  • Strong communication and calling skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and LinkedIn operations
  • Ability to schedule and manage appointments
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn


For Experienced (4-7 years):

  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn networking, outreach, and lead generation/LinkedIN tools
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn campaigns and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide interns/junior team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred for freshers)
