Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting

    :
    • Use

      LinkedIn Sales Navigator

      to identify and connect with decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, IT managers, or procurement leaders) in target industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology). Send personalized In Mails and engage via LinkedIn posts or groups to generate leads.
    • Leverage

      Apollo.io

      to build targeted prospect lists, enrich contact data (e.g., emails, phone numbers, company tech stack), and automate personalized email sequences. Use Apollo. ios AI-driven insights to prioritize high-intent leads.
    • Conduct high-volume outbound activities (50+ calls/emails daily) to qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline for IT solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management

    :
    • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their IT challenges (e.g., digital transformation, cybersecurity, or cloud migration) and proposing tailored solutions.
    • Use LinkedIn to share industry insights (e.g., trends in AI or SaaS adoption) and maintain visibility. Follow up on Apollo.io campaign responses to convert leads into opportunities.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns about implementation, scalability, or ROI.
  • Sales and Contract Negotiation

    :
    • Deliver virtual presentations or demos (via Zoom/Teams) to showcase IT products/services, highlighting technical benefits and business value. Use Apollo.io data to customize pitches based on client industry or tech stack.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms, ensuring alignment with client needs and company profitability.
    • Close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue quotas, often through a mix of base salary and commission (10-20% of deal value).
  • Collaboration and Coordination

    :
    • Partner with marketing to align LinkedIn content strategies and Apollo.io campaigns for effective lead generation.
    • Work with technical teams to address client questions on product specifications or implementation.
    • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • CRM and Data Management

    :
    • Maintain accurate client and prospect data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) integrated with Apollo.io for seamless tracking.
    • Use LinkedIn and Apollo.io to update client profiles, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize outreach strategies.
    • Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for leadership.
  • Market Research and Strategy

    :
    • Stay updated on IT industry trends (e.g., cloud computing, zero-trust security, or AI-driven solutions) by following LinkedIn thought leaders and analyzing Apollo.io market insights.
    • Identify new market segments or verticals for business expansion.
    • Develop strategies to differentiate offerings from competitors in the IT space .
