Job Description

Title: Senior Recruiter(Sourcing Specialist)

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

Senior

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and role objectives.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Perform screening calls and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT hiring.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a
Technical Recruiter
or
IT Recruiter
(1–5 years preferred).
Familiarity with different IT roles (SAP,Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Analysts, etc.).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for
contractual and permanent IT roles
.
Knowledge of Indian as well as global IT hiring trends.
Technical background or certification in IT recruitment is a plus.
