As a IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT talent for our organization. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best candidates to meet our business needs.

5. Compliance and Documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements.
- Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Certification in recruitment or HR-related field is a plus.
