Working Days: Mon-Sat (6 day a week)

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

As an Senior IT Recruiter with 5 to 8 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment team, contributing towards closing the open positions in the IT department, handles operations for employees in IT department, represent the hiring status to respective leadership in Selectsys.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Operations:

  • To handle employee queries in terms of employment, salary, attendance, employee engagement activities and others.
  • To communicate with leadership whenever necessary.
  • Should be maintaining the attendance of all the employees and communicate with the HR Operations team.

End to End Recruitment:

Sourcing:

  • Should have knowledge and work experience in Naukri and other sourcing portals.
  • Should be able to use sourcing strategies in filling the positions.
  • Able to use all the sourcing platforms within their scope.
  • To plan and execute Walk-in drives depending on the urgency in requirement.

Screening:

  • Able to understand the technology and screen the resume of the candidate and candidate over the call based on their knowledge.
  • Able be able to identify the fake candidates.

Interview coordination:

  • To coordinate with the panel and candidates for scheduling interviews as per the availability of the panel.
  • To share the invites to candidates and scheduler to panel.
  • Share the feedback with the candidates.

JD for openings:

Vendor Management:

  • To communicate with vendors on timely manner to share our requirement with them and filter the resumes shared by them.
  • To schedule the interview with panel and coordinate with panel and candidates on timely basis.
  • To handle every possible scenario's that come across your path in vendor management.

HR discussion and on-boarding process:

  • To handle salary negotiations with the shortlisted candidates and make successful on-boardings.
  • Followup with internal departments, post on-boarding, to make necessary arrangements for he joiners.
