Job Summary:   We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers.  

Experience: 5   8   Years    

Location:   Bangalore  

Mode of Work :   Full time  (Hybrid 3 days WFO)

Key   Responsibilities:  

• Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level IT positions  
  
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn,   Instahyre, and   Cutshort  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements  
  
• Build and   maintain a strong talent pipeline  
  
• Drive recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality - of - hire  
  
• Mentor junior recruiters when required  
  

Requirements:  

• 5 8 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience  
  
• Strong   expertise in technical hiring and IT skill sets  
  
• Proven ability to close positions within tight timelines  
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  
  
• Mandatory  Bangalore office presence 3 days a week.  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Experience using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever  
  
• Exposure to product or engineering-driven organizations
