Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing technology professionals for diverse client needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to successful onboarding, and fostering strong client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening Tech Candidates (Developers, Architect, Programmer etc.) for IT Clients.
Review resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, and perform interviews (technical, behavioral) to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing career guidance to candidates and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding clients need, using job boards/social media for sourcing, assessing technical skills.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter, preferably within a consultancy.
Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.) and relevant tech stacks.
Proficiency with sourcing tools, and Boolean search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
