Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end technical hiring for both domestic and international requirements. Strong experience in IT recruitment is mandatory, and exposure to global hiring (US, Canada, Middle East) is a significant advantage.

You should be excellent at understanding technical roles, sourcing quality profiles, evaluating candidate fit, and driving the recruitment cycle with speed and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End IT Recruitment

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle:
    Sourcing Screening Interviews Negotiation Offer Follow-up
  • Work closely with delivery heads, tech managers, and leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Recruit for roles including:
    Full Stack Developers, Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA (Manual/Automation), Mobile Developers, Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, ITSM, Workload Automation, Support Engineers, etc.

Global Recruitment

  • Experience hiring for US, Canada, Middle East time zones (preferred).
  • Manage international job postings, candidate shortlisting, scheduling, and cross-country coordination.
  • Familiarity with global hiring models (contract/remote/full-time).

Sourcing Expertise

  • Expert in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Job Boards, and building strong internal talent networks.
  • Ability to search for niche and hard-to-find skills.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for future requirements.

Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct technical pre-screenings to assess skill match, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates with accurate summaries to hiring managers.

Candidate Management

  • Strong follow-up discipline until onboarding.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of strong IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in global recruitment (US, Canada, Middle East preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Workload Automation, ITSM, React, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Mobile, AI/ML).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple positions with aggressive timelines.
  • High ownership, speed, and performance-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for niche skills like AI/ML, Automation, Cloud / DevOps.
  • Experience recruiting for both product and IT services environments.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
