Job Description

The Senior HR Administrator will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, streamlining HR processes, and supporting employee lifecycle management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, HRIS expertise, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations Manage employee records , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (contracts, payroll data, benefits). Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit interviews. 2. Payroll & Benefits Administration Liaise with payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing. Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies). Handle tax forms, deductions, and year-end reporting. 3. HR Systems & Process Improvement Maintain and optimize HRIS System. Automate workflows (e.g., leave requests, performance reviews) to improve efficiency. Generate HR metrics and reports (attrition, headcount, diversity analytics). 4. Employee Relations & Support Act as the first point of contact for employee queries (policy clarification, grievances). Support performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, feedback). Coordinate training and development initiatives (scheduling, tracking participation). 5. Recruitment & Compliance Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition coordination Work on recruitment as per the requirement. Handle monthly compliance activities for the employees. Qualifications & Skills Should have at least 2+ years experience in HR Administration and Payroll management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High discretion and ethical judgment for handling sensitive data. Problem-solving mindset with a process-improvement focus. Graduate/Postgraduate with HR and finance backgrounds would have more preference. Should have experience working with HRIS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors or Keka
