Associate Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Project Manager/ Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in web and mobile technology projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and delivering digital projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders). You should have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies , technical project workflows, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking for web and mobile development projects. Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming in an Agile environment. Track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project . Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in creating project documentation (requirements, user stories, test cases, etc.). Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Support UX/UI teams in ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Stay updated with emerging trends in web (React, Angular, Node.js) and mobile (iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native) technologies . Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management in a web/mobile tech environment . Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, CMS) and mobile app development frameworks . Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills . Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management. PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Preferred Background: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or QA Analyst transitioning into project management. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, and DevOps practices .
