1. Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process. Support the successful delivery of projects undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
2. Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries.
3. Responsible for the establishment and management of a project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting.
4. Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.
5. Experience working in Greenfield IT projects, Development, Maintenance & Support projects. IT Service Delivery & Implementation would be added advantage.
6. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
8. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitor and Track changes to project scope via Change control process
9. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
10. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
11. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
12. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
13. Report and escalate to management as needed.
14. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, third parties / Vendors.
15. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
16. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
17. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
18. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
19. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
20. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
21. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
22. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
23. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
24. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
25. Proven working experience in project management.

28. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
29. Three or more years project management experience in I.T.
30. Good communications skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders.
1. Ensure the proper recording of all support activities.
2. Ensure support processes are followed and documented.
3. Keep knowledge bases updated.
4. Flexible in working hours to cover support of UK based Operations.
Minimum 8 Years with 3 years of PM/APM experience
1. Should have worked on Agile / Scrum projects managing one or more Scrum teams leading the delivery. Having a Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Scrum Master / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
