Ui Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex user interface solutions. Supervise and mentor frontend developers, set technical standards and review code for quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI team, and Backend Engineers to ensure cohesive delivery of features. Establish and enforce best practices for UI development, accessibility and SEO. Leverage modern UI frameworks and design systems to build consistent and reusable components. Integrate and configure tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, azure app insights, to support product insights. Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient bundling. Manage CI/CD workflows, automated testing pipelines, and version control processes. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 10 years of frontend development experience, with 3+ years in a technical lead or senior role. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex frontend solutions. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A portfolio of production-grade frontend applications or relevant open-source contributions. Strong proficiency in React.js , Next.js , TypeScript , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3/SCSS . In-depth knowledge of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), CSR (Client-Side Rendering), and SSG (Static Site Generation) strategies. Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API). Experience with package bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup. Proficient in using UI frameworks such as Material UI, or similar. Solid understanding of SEO best practices , structured data, and metadata management. Expertise in web accessibility standards and ARIA compliance. Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with REST/GraphQL. Working experience with testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library. Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and modern deployment platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools). Good to Have: Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity). Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) practices. Exposure to user behavior and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar.
