About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is not just a visual storyteller but also understands how great design drives user engagement, brand awareness, and conversions in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

• Create eye-catching graphics for web, social media, print, ads, and email campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
• Design infographics, pitch decks, and brochures

Digital Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing team to create visuals for social media ads
• Design and optimize creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads
• Work with content creators to develop visuals for blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Bring fresh design ideas that resonate with digital trends
• Stay updated on design best practices and digital marketing tools
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar collaborative design tools
• Understanding of digital marketing basics (CTR, engagement rates, SEO, ad formats)
• Experience with social media platforms and content strategies
• Strong portfolio showcasing design across digital and print
• Bonus: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to take creative feedback and work in a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven with a hunger to learn and innovate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Optional)
• Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment is a plus
