Lead Designer

Role Overview

As a Lead Designer, you will lead and mentor our design team, take full ownership of the design process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape high-impact digital experiences. You will define design strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring user needs are at the core of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, user-centric outputs.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define and execute design strategy.
  
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
  
• Review and guide visual and interaction design, maintaining consistency across platforms.
  
• Present design concepts and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  
• Manage timelines, priorities, and project delivery for the design team.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in digital design, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership in UI/UX, web, mobile, and branding.
  
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  
• Excellent understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
  
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  

Good to Have

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  
• Motion design or prototyping skills (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
  
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
