Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Designer based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the design team, developing creative concepts, and ensuring the consistency and quality of design projects. Day-to-day tasks will include leading design meetings, collaborating with other teams, reviewing and providing feedback on design work, managing design timelines, and ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.

In essence your job is to make things beautiful - and to do it on time.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is a plus but not mandatory

.

Strong candidates will have fully fleshed out portoflios with experience in illustration as well.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
