Lead Designer

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be joining Livspace, South Asia's largest home interiors and renovation platform. Founded in Singapore in 2014, Livspace is renowned as the most funded and awarded home interior brand globally. Your role will involve managing the designing process for 12-15 projects every month with a team of 6-10 designers. You will focus on ensuring the productivity and work output of the designers, while also handling customer experience and relationship management to enhance the Design NPS (cx rating). Additionally, you will be responsible for training designers on technical aspects as needed and leading design discussions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage designing for 12-15 projects month-on-month with a team of 6-10 designers, focusing on productivity and work output. - Handle customer experience & relationship management to improve Design NPS (cx rating). - Train designers on technical details and lead design discussions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager. - Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects with end-to-end project management. - Bachelor's Qualification: B.Arch, B.Interior Design. - Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
