Mill & Cluster Mapping (Pan-India) Identify right mills for cotton, blends, sustainability & innovations Build a reliable 2nd & 3rd line of backup vendors Maintain quality + capability matrix 2. Sampling & Development Moodboard → Fabric mapping Proto sampling, lab dips, approvals Aligning mills to buyer’s seasonal direction (FW/SS) 3. Costing & Negotiation Drive mill-level costing Optimize blends without losing performance Understand export cost structure (FOB / Ex-factory) 4. TNA + Execution Discipline Build timelines that buyers can trust Drive mills to follow process (no last-minute surprises) Weekly update reports for buyer side 5.
