We’re building a multi-cluster, multi-specialty sourcing ecosystem for global boutique womenswear brands — aligned with real factories, real mills, real merch, and real timelines.

Our incoming capsule requirements include:

🔸 Heavy Knitwear (FW)

Chunky hand-feel sweaters (3gg / 5gg)

Cable knits, textured pullovers, oversized silhouettes

🔸 Light–Medium Knits

12gg / 14gg fine gauge

Clean ribs, transitional lightweight sweaters

🔸 Jersey & Dresses

Modal/viscose jersey dresses

Draped silhouettes, ribbed body dresses

Satin-look woven dresses

🔸 Artisanal / Craft-Driven Wovens

Lace, crochet, embroidery

Boutique-level embellished tops

Small-batch artisanal detailing

🔸 Woven Bottoms + Statement Pieces

Suede, jacquard, viscose trousers

Metallic lace trousers, embellished overlays

Limited-run FW collections

⭐ What we are looking for (mindset > CV)

✔ Someone who understands design-to-production mapping

✔ Knows gauges, yarn behavior, blends

✔ Experience in export houses / boutique labels

✔ Strong practical knowledge of sampling, costing, and feasibility

✔ Creative + production-aligned thinking

how you break down a moodboard,

your sampling logic,

your feasibility mapping with mills/clusters,

and how you communicate in a buyer-facing structure.
