Lead Designer

As an experienced candidate with good working experience, you will be responsible for the following outputs: - Planning and assigning projects to the team - Micro planning of the daily activities for Designers, considering project timelines - Conducting input checks inline with project requirements - Preparation of Technical queries as needed - Structure detail modeling, including bevels & edge preparations - Creating Assembly drawing, Fabrication drawing, and Shop drawings - Generating Part list, Profile sketches, Nesting, and plate development - Ensuring Weld traceability through Mapping drawing & Joint list - Expertise in CADMATIC & Auto CAD software is mandatory - Working experience with Ship Constructor, Aveva Marine, Foran, & TEKLA software is preferable - Effective Coordination with internal & external team members - Continuous improvement & Developments in assigned projects - Planning and taking responsibility for assigned work Qualification Required: - B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Marine structures - Candidates with 8+ years of experience in detail design for offshore & shipbuilding industry Additional Company Details: The desired profile of the candidate includes: - Good Knowledge of detail design & modeling in various software is advantageous - Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills - Fluency in English (spoken and written),
