Mill & Cluster Mapping (Pan-India)Identify right mills for cotton, blends, sustainability & innovationsBuild a reliable 2nd & 3rd line of backup vendorsMaintain quality + capability matrix2. Sampling & DevelopmentMoodboard → Fabric mappingProto sampling, lab dips, approvalsAligning mills to buyer’s seasonal direction (FW/SS)3. Costing & NegotiationDrive mill-level costingOptimize blends without losing performanceUnderstand export cost structure (FOB / Ex-factory)4. TNA + Execution DisciplineBuild timelines that buyers can trustDrive mills to follow process (no last-minute surprises)Weekly update reports for buyer side5.
