Responsibilities includes development of HMB, PFD’s, P&ID’s, UFD’s, equipment sizing, line sizing, preparation of process data sheets and specification for equipment & instruments, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, operating and maintenance manuals etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Aspen Hysys, Flaresim/net, Pipesim/net, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.

Experience in performing design calculations using PV Elite is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication of vessels, exchangers etc are advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of design calculations, bill of material, datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in PV Ellite, Codecalc, Compress, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.

Experience in performing design calculations using Instrucal is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification, HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of Instrument Index, hook-ups, inter connecting diagrams, block diagrams, instrument datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Extensive experience of DCS / SGS / F&G systems is essential, as is experience of SCADA and communication networks is required. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, IEC, NEC, IP codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Instrucal, Intools is essential.

Experience in performing design calculations using E-Tap / E-Des is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification, HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, motor starting analysis, transient stability analysis, ground grid design, relay coordination and setting calculations, transformers, MCC’s, cable sizing, lighting calculations, electrical equipment specification and layout, datasheets for electrical items, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NEC, IEC, IP codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in E-Tap, E-Des, CYME, lighting calcs software’s is essential.

Experience in performing stress analysis using Caesar-II is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication for piping, pipe support is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of Piping Material Take offs, design calculations, bill of material, datasheets for piping specialty items, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation, review of layout, piping GADs, ISOs, Pipe Support drawings etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Caesar – II, PDMS, PDS software’s is essential.
